Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent box on getfixmybiz.com, I freely, specifically and knowingly consent to Sergei Sergeevich Karetin (tax ID 784200807776, rerder2025@outlook.com) processing my personal data on the following terms. The Russian version is binding.

• Data: email, country, business name and city, my interview answers and chat messages, payment status, IP address and technical cookies.
• Purposes: creating and running my account; producing business audits; taking payment and issuing receipts; answering my requests.
• Actions: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to processors, deletion; automated processing, including by AI.
• Processors and cross-border transfer: Vercel (USA) — hosting; Supabase (EU) — database; Resend (USA) — email; YooKassa (Russia) — payments; AI and search providers (Anthropic — USA, DeepSeek — China, Yandex Search API — Russia, Tavily, Brave, Serper — USA).
• Term: until my account is deleted or I withdraw consent; data is deleted within 30 days after that.
• Withdrawal: “Delete my data” in my account or an email to rerder2025@outlook.com.
