Terms of service (public offer)

This is an English summary of the public offer. The Russian version is the binding one. The service getfixmybiz.com is provided by Sergei Sergeevich Karetin, a self-employed individual in Russia (tax ID 784200807776).

Services

• Free audit: an AI review of a business based on public data, one per account.
• Full audit ($15 / 990 ₽): an AI interview and a report on the business's mistakes, what they cost and how to fix them, with a 10-point score.
• Subscription ($59 / 4,999 ₽ per 30 days): a detailed 30/60/90-day action plan, AI chat about the business, support and up to 6 full audits a month.
• Individual plan: by separate agreement.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made online through YooKassa. Paying means accepting this offer. If a paid report could not be produced for technical reasons, the money is refunded in full. A subscription can be cancelled at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Write to rerder2025@outlook.com for refunds and claims; we reply within 10 working days.

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are for information only. They may contain mistakes, do not guarantee any increase in profit and are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You make your own business decisions.
